Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used by whole organisation for ease of expenses auditing.
  • Photos of receipts and links to claims.
  • Adding many drop down menu options.
  • Linking to supervisor quickly.
  • Sometimes the number of things to see and fill in per screen are too many and confusing.
  • Easier header menu on mobile app.
  • Decreases time spent on expenses (labour) by 1/2 hour/wk.
Very easy to navigate and use across devices.
I don't know as I've never used support.
Never done this.
Just file expenses easily and combine receipts without downloading/uploading across multiple sites.
SAP was worse in function and time to fill in.
