Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across the organisation and helps us managing our employee expenses.
  • Very simple app/web browser experience.
  • Easy to use.
  • Being able to submit claims on the go.
  • The Android app seems to have some usability issues and is not as good as the iOS version.
  • Sometimes the receipts do not rotate automatically.
  • Minimise overhead for accounts and managers.
  • Keeping process simple for end users.
Very simple and easy to use. The app works well and it's easy to submit expenses on the go which works perfectly for our field engineers.
I never had to contact the support team, which is a good indication.
Claim submission is the main activity I am involved with. I review and approve expenses from my teams monthly.
Saving time, keeping expenses organised and consistent in line with company policy.
