Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Currently just using Webexpenses to enter expenses and get reimbursed. I am not sure who does and doesn't use this aside from the sales team(s).
  • Maps out travel.
  • Receipt entering is simple.
  • I can view all current and past expenses.
  • App on phone can get confusing when entering expenses.
  • The ability to save a home address to start travel from as a favorite.
  • Positive impact since I don't have to stress about getting reimbursed.
  • Forgetting to enter expenses is a thing of the past.
User friendly, intuitive and great customer service if/when I don't know what I am doing.
Our support team gets everything answered in a timely manner.
I am pretty sure the activities are automated since the approval process is quite seamless and I get notified each step of the way.
It gets the job done to the point where I don't have to ask questions. I am self sufficient with the expense process and I like that.

Yes

All travel, meals, receipts are very easy to enter. This makes having to hold onto receipts a thing of the past and less of a chance of misplacing a receipt.
