Being used by whole organisation for expenses - extremely simple and efficient way of submitting receipts.

I'd give it this rating because it is very straightforward - I think that both the laptop and phone versions are easy to use, and gives you the flexibility to do your expenses whenever/wherever. Even if you aren't a very techy person, it's very clearly and simply laid out.
Honestly I haven't needed the support from Webexpenses, so I can't really comment on this area. However on the plus side, it's been so intuitive and easy to use, that I haven't needed any support as of yet. Again, it's much superior to other systems I have tried in the past.
I only personally use the system for expenses approval, but it is by far the simplest expense system I have ever come across during my time as a sales rep. Time is saved due to the system being extremely simple and easy to use, as well as the submission workflow being sleek and non-complicated. Time is also saved for me personally due to the app version, as I can submit my receipts on the go, before or after I've driven to an appointment with a customer.
My most important requirements were a simple interface with a non-convoluted workflow. Webexpenses I feel meets both of these criteria by being both simple to use and having an extremely concise workflow, which allows me to save a bunch of time when it comes to creating and submitting my expense claims.
I've used Databasics before, amongst a few other expense systems which I forget the name of. This is by an absolute mile the easiest platform I have ever used, and has saved me so much time - which has allowed me to inject my time and energy into my actual job.

Webexpenses is well suited to anyone who is looking to collate and submit their expenses in an efficient and time saving manner. It's user friendly and extremely easy to use - it is much simpler and easier to use than some other systems I have used in the past, and I would highly recommend to any company who is looking into a new expense system.
