Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The whole organisation uses Webexpenses for simple management of any special costs. The APP and website work extremely well together so that users can quickly add expenses "there and then" and submit through a managed process without any drama. They can see quickly if there are issues, can resolve exchange rates and are notified when payments are authorised.

The very best feature is that I can upload and log a hotel checkout expense almost as quickly as the hotel can produce it! No need for admin later at all!
I think categorisation of receipts should be more easily possible from one entry. For example, a hotel bill may have some elements that are personal and not for company expense. I'd like a way of making one entry on the app show my administrator to pay me a lower amount and approving deduction from personal expenses all in one process, rather than uploading the receipt more than once as I have to do now.
