Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used by all the departments in the organization to process payments and also manage expenses. It address expenses and invoice problems. It has a very simple interface that covers mileage reimbursements, credit card transactions and other important day to day components.

Pros

  • Simple user interface. Can be understood with visual training.
  • For mileage reimbursement - accurate GPS navigation that includes stops, and round trips.
  • Ability to categorize your claims into big or several small groups.

Cons

  • The color and background should have options like a dark mode.
  • Cane be a bit lagging but the developer does a great job with updates.
  • Expeditious processing of claims from various departments.
  • Less paperwork.
  • Satisfied staff and managers.
It is very easy to navigate.

Webexpenses meets the overall demands of our departments. Every employee can record and track their expenses, mileage and have it approved and paid immediately. Webexpenses trainings to employee has also been smooth, staff seem to understand its usage and there has been little to no problems. I recommend health providers to consider using Webexpenses.
Workflows was a big thing. The availability of PC and mobile features- whereby it can be used from the comfort of working home or in the office or in a different location. That flexibility is important because it has eradicated staff forgetting to input their data. The email reminders are also a great feature.
