Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It has greatly helped in managing our team’s expenses. It's simplified approval flow and payment.

Pros

  • The intuitivity of the software making it easy to use and a quick and straightforward platform.
  • Efficient and hassle free.
  • The ability to attach receipts, images and details about the expense.

Cons

  • Sometimes the writing is really small and hard to read.
  • It has made it easier and quicker for our on site engineers make a claim and receive there money back within a few day.
  • Easy to navigate through and isn't time consuming.
The user interface and the user experience are very good and help track everything with ease. It is also very intuitive and there is the possibility to take pictures and attach them to single items through the provide smartphone application.
I've never had an issue, so haven't needed to use their support.
It really helps to calculate and to view your costs so much easier and can save you loads of time instead of having to figure them yourselves.

Claims processing is very fast, accounting is very easy and the expenses tracking system is very good.
