Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the UK Division to track and submit expenses.

  • The adding photos feature is confusing.
Very user friendly platform and ability to edit entries before submission. I believe anyone with a basic knowledge of computers would be easily able to use the program and successfully submit an expense claim. Some people may struggle with the photo section of the program as it can be a bit difficult to navigate.
I've been able to use it while travelling using the app - which makes submission easier if I'm not in the office or at a laptop. This makes for faster processing of payments which is ideal.
Quick, easy to use and reliable. I have never had any issues with the program before.

Yes

I believe it is suitable for almost anyone who has access to a computer or smart phone, those who do not have access or are sight impaired would not find it appropriate. While it is easily accessed I think it could be exclusionary for elderly, blind or technologically uneducated employees.
