Webexpenses is used as an expense management tool by our company in the UK and some other countries too.
Travel, marketing, staff and client entertainment expenses are all managed via this platform.

- Everything is effortless and straightforward, and the overall experience of using the website (or the app) is much more seamless and enjoyable.
- The platform allows us to automatically import the items by syncing with our credit card provider, which is particularly handy
- On the app you can take photos of your receipts and the OCR will automatically import the right fields in your claim.
- [I believe] the interface used to be clunky and felt dated. The mobile app would often crash, but it was the website where usability was particularly compromised. After the latest redesign, the entire experience has improved massively, and it's now a pleasure to use the platform on any device.
- The next step would be retrieiving and importing the receipts directly online, without the need for taking photos of each.
I've used Webexpenses on a regular basis to automate activities like invoice processing (e.g., automatic upload and sync), receipts acquisition (OCR via the app), claims submission and expenses approval. The whole process is easy to manage, quick and effective.
