Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used as an expense management tool by our company in the UK and some other countries too.
Travel, marketing, staff and client entertainment expenses are all managed via this platform.
  • Everything is effortless and straightforward, and the overall experience of using the website (or the app) is much more seamless and enjoyable.
  • The platform allows us to automatically import the items by syncing with our credit card provider, which is particularly handy
  • On the app you can take photos of your receipts and the OCR will automatically import the right fields in your claim.
  • [I believe] the interface used to be clunky and felt dated. The mobile app would often crash, but it was the website where usability was particularly compromised. After the latest redesign, the entire experience has improved massively, and it's now a pleasure to use the platform on any device.

It used to be clunky, with a web interface that felt dated and a mobile app that was prone to crashing.
With the latest updates, it made a massive leap into the future and it now provides an enjoyable user experience with a pleasant and well designed user interface. The integration between app and web version is now seamless.
Webexpenses allows our company to do all the tasks required effectivelly. It integrates well with our credit card provider and invoicing system, providing support for our other finance IT systems and solutions. I haven't had the need to contact or use their support.
I've used Webexpenses on a regular basis to automate activities like invoice processing (e.g., automatic upload and sync), receipts acquisition (OCR via the app), claims submission and expenses approval. The whole process is easy to manage, quick and effective.
From a user point of view, all of my needs and requirements are covered.
The app makes it for a very easy way to quickly take photos and acquire the receipts of my expenses on the go, which is particularly handy when travelling abroad.

Great for managing all our company's expenses (marketing, taxi, staff entertainment) and credit card invoices for those who use a company card.
We don't use it as an overseas travel management system, it would be brilliant if it were possible to integrate it with our existing tools and accounts.
