Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
The whole company uses it as an expenses management tool to cover purchases not covered by formal purchase orders, such as credit card purchases. These may range from parcel postage to items new prototype development.
- Seamless integration between desktop and phone app.
- Very response technical help engineers.
- Receipt capture by invoice or camera snapshot
- Receipt capture by camera in one part of the phone app, crops the image and makes it difficult to ensure the full receipt is captured.
- I purchase extensively for R&D prototyping parts and Webexpenses archiving of historical expenses is very useful to keep track.
We use it for monthly expenses. I have several claims open each month. One for personal expenses spent on my own card, one for my company credit card and one for the office credit card. It is an essential tool to keep track these separately.
