Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used across the whole organization for managing expenses and mileage claims. It has helped migrate everything from a very manual, excel based system, online. It has also helped remote workers to upload and submit expenses from all devices regardless of location.

  • Easy to upload receipts.
  • It would be good if it gave a message such as Attached when adding a receipt from the receipts page.
  • Easier to upload and submit expenses.
It is very good and very intuitive, functionality and UI and UX is very good.

Would be good if receipts could be archived rather than deleted in case they are required further down the line.
Claims submission and expenses approval yes.

Yes

It is well suited to remote workers or where their is a manual expenses process at the moment. Not having to keep reams of paper receipts helps too as they can be upload via mobile straight away. Where expenses need to be split between different parties, you don't need multiple copies of the same receipt as you can add your photograph straight to the app.
