Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used across the entire organisation to report out of pocket expenses. All departments use it as an expense reporting tool.
  • Synchronization between app and online platform.
  • Expense allocation to GL account and to client.
  • Easy to report on the move.
  • Would be better to have foreign exchange fees reported more easily.
I have only used an alternative system, so I cannot comment in detail. Overall it is an easy tool to report and the task of reporting/submitting expenses is not very cumbersome in comparison. All in all, happy about using Webexpenses!
I am not involved in the accounts function, but I can imagine it is a good tool. As for claims submissions, I use it monthly and I feel it is great.
From my standpoint, it ticks the boxes of usability and movability.

It is great to use it in a company where users are geographically based in different areas, and it is easy to take pictures with your phone and upload receipts right away whilst on the move, rather than having to compile everything after travelling.
