Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used by our firm to consolidate and simplify the expenses claiming and validating process, for a wide variety of expenses from mileage, travel and consumables to sustenance and entertaining clients. It is very user friendly and transparent. Would recommend to other businesses' little or large.

  • All expenses covered and easy to switch between.
  • Transparent, easy to keep record and review.
  • Once I had listed 8 items under a single claim the desktop version wouldn't allow me to add anymore, I had to switch to the mobile app to add additional items to the same claim. Glitch on the desktop site maybe I don't know.

User friendly was able to start using straight away with minimal guidance.
I haven't had any interactions with them yet.
It consolidates and simplifies the whole processes under one making it easier to use, record and review. Saving time and therefore money.

Perhaps make an option if the commute is a regular one to save the commute and repeat the mileage daily rather than having to add the destinations in daily.
