Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Mostly we use it for workers' expenses - to upload receipts, bills, invoice for those which needs to be covered by our company. Mostly business trip related expenses.
  • Spending lots of time trying to figure out how to upload receipts.
  • And how to attach each receipts to the item I want to report for expenses.
It is possible to use, but requires a lot of trying and failing and uploading and checking.....
Just invoice processing mostly.
Let's say we are able to use it, it just takes time to learn how to use it, and the whole process is not smooth and the design of the whole page and panel is not nice, not comfortable.

Just not very nice experiences overall, UI is very confusing.
