Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across the whole organization for expense management. The ability to scan and upload receipts to the Webexpenses portal makes the management of employee expenses a doddle. The user experience is fantastic, and the software means that there is no need to chase employees every week for their receipts.

Pros

  • Ability to approve expenses within the portal.
  • Email notifications for users.

Cons

  • A tutorial for first time users would be handy.
  • No more lost receipts!
  • Expenses are always paid on time, meaning employees are more satisfied and time is not wasted chasing up.
The portal is extremely easy to use, and the ability to approve payments in the portal makes life much easier for both management and users.
We have line management approval, as well as approval from finance - this means that all expenses must be justified and the ability to categorize within the portal makes reporting much easier.
Ability to seamlessly integrate with our current software and bank. The ability to easily approve from the portal.
