Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used to manage costs and mitigate the duplication of work to great effect. The receipt storing function greatly reduces the amount of lost items by my team. On top of this, the analysis on spending available to the management team has been very valuable for forecasting and saving.

  • Managing costs where possible.
  • Avoid splitting the screen into too many sections.
  • Have list appear in full rather than selecting - more options.
  • Fewer hours lost to expense management.
  • Fewer lost receipts.
  • Greater recording and analysis of team spending.
Clear and concise, a few screens could use some streamlining.
Occasionally they can be overzealous in rejecting claims and not use common sense, but in general they've been really helpful and reply promptly.
We went from a Excel-based system to Webexpenses.

Webexpenses is incredibly well suited to the everyday management of business expenses by my team, its clear and concise layout in conjunction with the receipt management make it ideal for both cash and credit card expenses. I have not found a scenario where it's not useful.
