Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
It is used across the whole organization to allow employees to log expenses against the various different projects that GAP runs. There may be other uses that I am not aware of, but I only use them to log expenses.
- Making a long list of categories for project expenses easy to navigate.
- Simple to use interface when setting up claims.
- Useful info boxes to show additional guidance where something may not be clear.
- Adding receipts process is clunky and could be streamlined.
- Adding receipts via app on my android phone doesn't seem to work at all.
- Autosaving claims as you work through them would be nice.
I submit all my expenses incurred during work away from my home office, as well as all project expenses, through WebExpenses. It is useful to have everything saved in one place and to be alerted when claims are approved or if there is an issue with a claim! :) It is also very useful to be able to unsubmit and change details of a claim if need be, without having to rewrite the whole claim.
