Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The whole of InVentry uses Webexpenses for day to day expense management, not only using the application on mobile devices but also through the website. Using Webexpenses means we do not have to file or send in receipts as they can be attached electronically to all our claims, saving time and trouble for everyone, including the expenses department.

Pros

  • Record keeping of previous expense claims.
  • Linking receipts with claims.
  • Enabling a dialog between the claimant and the company.

Cons

  • The website can sometimes be confusing.
  • The app can lockup occasionally if you repeatedly try to edit a claim.

Webexpenses is suited for claims where an electronic receipt is received and not a printed one, you can simply screen grab the receipt on your phone and then send that image to Webexpenses and attach it to your claim, if you are claiming for something that does not produce a receipt you can simply take a picture of it on your device and send that into Webexpenses for your claim
