Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used for reclaiming business expenses incurred during daily activities.
  • Allows live addition of expense in the field.
  • Allows snapshots of receipts.
  • Provides updates of claim processing.
  • Layout was changed and natural flow of submitting a receipt was lost.
  • Refers to current claim as recent, by default starts a new claim when you want to add to current.
  • When storing receipts to process later cant label with amount i.e. fuel £50.
  • Too easy to delete receipts in error with no method to recover.
  • Was never perfect but latest changes made it far worse.
  • better tracking of historical claims than sending spreadsheets and posting physical receipts
It went from pretty good to poor at the last update, inconsistent reference to what entity you are using, ie add a receipt and it ends up on a new claim rather than the current one (referred to as recent for some odd reason) add receipts from the list and they rearrange themselves so you cant be sure the one you want is the one you select (date/amount as the label would be useful)
It allows a quick turnaround to amend claims.
It seems to me there are far too many actions that have no alternative, i.e. add the item to claim yes (new or current choice would be a sensible next question).

Do you think Webexpenses delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Webexpenses's feature set?

No

Did Webexpenses live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Webexpenses go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Webexpenses again?

No

Keep track of receipts on the move, but the better process from the web interface, rather than an app as a little easier to control.
