Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use it for claiming back money used when going to customer meetings, whether that be petrol, parking or food. It addresses any issue that may arise with having to spend personal money at business events. I believe that the Sales team are the most prominent users of it, however, it can be opened to all staff upon request.

Pros

  • Good dropdowns.
  • Nice interface.
  • Room to add details of claims.

Cons

  • Upload of photos of receipts doesn't have a place to return to claim.
  • Not as user friendly as it could be, have to go in and out of claim.

You're able to upload claims but I had to be shown by a colleague how to use it at first as it's not as user-friendly as it could be. I had to keep going in and out of the claim before I had all the info on so that I could submit.
