I believe it is being used across the whole organization. Straightforward system for claiming expenses without having to produce continuous invoices.
- Easy process to claim expenses for consultancy based workers.
- Keeps a record of all claims and auditing trail.
- Takes the monotonous routine of producing, recording, and sending invoices for payment.

- [Would be nice to have] less info so don't get confused.
