Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Being used for day-to-day travel expenses as well as all other business expenses that occur within the role.
  • Photo receipts onto the phone app.
  • Merge the photos to the website.
  • Saving trips live so you don't forget them.
  • Streamlined the whole process.
  • Made both ends of the expense system easier.
So easy to use, very intuitive.
By having my photos already on the account and trips loaded already so merging the together is very easy.
Making it easy for everyone to use.
Concur was so much harder to use, spent so much time switching between each page on the app it was frustrating at times.

I now take the photos of my fuel and travel receipts on the day I get them and store on the account so I don't have a wallet full of paper waiting for the month end.
