Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses across the company for all individuals needing to record and claim expenses. It enables quick recording of mileage including by type (we have a number of electric car users). Having an app to record expenses and collate receipts on the go makes the process of completing expenses quick and easy.
  • Record mileage.
  • Collect and update expenses on the move through the app.
  • Enable approvers to update VAT treatment of items rather than having to have entire claims rejected.
  • Takes the stress out of expenses.
This is a well thought out system and I had no problem using it with minimal training. The interface makes sense and details like the mileage recording keep things simple. I sense that our finance team get a lot of helpful data re cost centres too and it's not hard work for me as a user to complete.
I'm not involved in this aspect of things so cannot provide a comment.

This works well for growing businesses with people who are on the move. The app and web interface are easy to use and make it easy to see where claims are up to. No paper form filling - just straight forward online. Makes my life easier. Probably not one for a small business or one man band.
