Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used across the whole organization. Great user friendly way for all employees whether office based or out on site to manage their expense claims. The approval process is very straight forward & easy to understand. The mobile app works very well for field based staff who do not have access to laptops or desktops.

  • The User report has a bug with the switching around of the Approver 1 & Approver 2.
  • Very good system used by the whole business.
  • Great reporting when analysing users & claims.
  • Love the Home screen & the stats it provides.
Very user friendly & easy to use for administrators, approvers & users.
I have had to email the support team on many occasions & I always get a response & they are very helpful in trying to find a solution for any issue that I raise, note that this is always done in a reasonable timeframe.
We use Webexpenses for all our employee expense claims, these are processed on a monthly basis, the approvers are approving all the claims directly in the system & once all claims are in Approved status then we mark as paid & create the Bacs file for treasury to make the payments & this all appears to work very well without any issues.
The most important requirements for us were making sure that all employees out on site were able to enter their expenses & submit them for approval using an app as many do not have access to laptops or desktops. The approval workflows were also very important, as this had to be a very streamlined process due to the number of claims that we are processing every month.

Very good reporting on Users & Claims. User Friendly application for both administrators & users. The Approvers find it very easy to review & approve all claims. The Email Template works very well & is very clear for the users to understand. The proxy access to user accounts works very well & we use this on a regular basis to try & help the users when they have issues.
