Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used by all employees who need to claim for work expenses. The process is simple and there is an app on the phone that makes it quick to submit the receipts. The status of the claim is updated so you know exactly where the claim is. The only issue I have experienced is that when I sometimes upload a PDF receipt, I get an error that it has not passed the security screening. Not sure why this happens and it means I have to save the PDF file again. Other than that, I've not had any issues using it and have been using it for between 3 and 4 years.

- Makes it easy to upload receipts with the app
- Send reminders for outstanding claims that haven't been submitted
- Occasional errors when uploading PDF receipts relating to security
- It would be good if it could automatically extract data from the uploaded receipts. i.e costs and date of transaction
- Reduces paperwork as all receipts are digital
- Speeds up the whole process of paying out expenses
- Benefits end users who can have payments receive them within a few days of submitting the claim
The main factor was the cost of implementation.
