Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I've worked at a few different consultancies, and for different productions as a freelancer, and I must admit, from an end-user perspective Webexpenses has been the most user-friendly platform to use for uploading monthly expenses. It's really easy to use, there are a few standard fields which you need to fill out (eg: date of expense, what it's for) and then the upload functionality accepts different file formats (screenshots, pngs, jpgs, pdfs etc)...also making my life a little easier. I also like the fact I can see the status of my claim, from having uploaded it, to submitting it, to having it approved or rejected (and the notes fields and categories make it easy to give further information on a claim). I understand it's also quite customisable so for someone thinking of using this for their business, I think it makes sense as you don't need to have very complex forms for people to fill out, which means reducing the time it takes them to do so. Notifications are sent directly and immediately to our Accounts team, and everything is neatly connected. I'd definitely recommend using this platform for your own agency/company.
Pros
- Status of the claim process is clear
- Totals of expanses claimed and paid are visible clearly
- The platform is very easy to use!
- The uploading of receipts is super quick and easy (drag and drop function is great)
Cons
- Everything works the way it should! No complaints from me.
- I always get my expenses returned to me on time from the company!
- I don't need to worry about receipts going missing, as everything is uploaded.
Claims submission/processing is the only thing I've used the platform for, and it works brilliantly for this.
