Used across the organisation for expenses, single method of managing expenses and ensures line management and higher up have exact information about the expenses being claimed by employee.
- Ensures all info is captured
- Informs on the status of the claim
- Help guide is user friendly
- Can't attach an image to an existing claim line, you have to do it the other way around[.]
- Can't save a line with missing info, you have to cancel out and restart, frustrating if you've been interrupted or just don't have the info at that time[.]
- Reduces ambiguity around what information is needed[.]
- Finance can update fields without having to republish forms and guidance[.]
I add the expense lines as I go on a trip and upload the images, so I don't have to do a big expenses task at the end of each trip[.]
