Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
My department uses it to upload our day-to-day expenses. Very easy to use via desktop or using the App. Love the audit trail and record keeping. I can also authorize when I'm not in the office with the APP, so when I'm away I can keep on top of the expenses request. Every one of my staff has a user, which comes at no extra cost. Simple setup and no training needed, it is one of the more simple apps to use. When it comes to reconciling, you can download using a PDF or spreadsheet. Overall it does everything I need to manage my department expenses.

- I cant speak on behalf of the business, I operate at user and authorisation levels
it clearly saves time, but the security and ability to authorize on the go is where I see the benefit, also that audit trail, I can see what I authorized several months ago if I need to.
