Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Makes it very easy to be able to rely on my expenses being checked, authorized, approved, and paid all within a timely manner. Does not need multiple field inputs for basic receipts, and keeps me updated with relevant communications regarding the progress of claims. The best feature is the mileage calculator which allows the starting point and destination to be easily calculated.

Easy to use website interface and also a very handy app for iPhone. For me, it isn't entirely useful to create a claim and then expenses within that claim - I would rather that it runs on a bi-weekly date run, but I can imagine for heavy users that the separate claim feature is much more useful.
By being able to use the mobile app to submit expenses as and when they occur rather than having to type them all out and upload receipts during admin time.
Not really my decision as an end-user, but the communication in terms of step-by-step approval processes are very helpful to me as an end-user.
Fourth is easy to use as part of the payroll module, but not easy in how expenses are submitted and uploaded.

Mobile app is great for submitting expenses on the go, removing the long task of having to do everything on a laptop once per week. Receipt recognition is also a great feature, saving time for expense submissions.
