Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use it to reimburse any travel expenses and sustenance expenses I incur in my daily role, I use it to keep track of my spending and mileage also. it helps us as a business to view trends in travel patterns and gives us a transparent view of where our colleagues traveling to and making sure they are being reimbursed for all company expenses.
  • Tracks all expenses clearly.
  • Easily works out mileage from one past code to the other.
  • Easy to produce receipts and keep on top of inputting expenses.
  • Sometimes picks up the wrong information on the receipt.
  • Asks the same thing twice when inputting mileage expenses.
  • I'd like to be able to copy a previous expense if traveling to the same place monthly, etc.
  • I think it's helped in resource requirements within our expenses team.
  • It's allowed our finance team to concentrate on other projects and ~BAU.
Really easy to use, and intuitive for the most basic learner. Can easily pick up how to use within an hour of going through each process. Comes as an app and on a browser so easy to do on the go or when you've forgotten to input your expenses.
Great support and always on hand top help with any FAQ's or queries.
It's met my requirements as a manager and a user, I get notified if my team submits a claim and easy to follow the link to approve/deny. Again, it's really easy to use and can approve a claim within minutes saving time for other requirements of my job.

Easy to use and well suited to people who are field based and travel within their role. Can easily keep track of expenses you've inputted and expenses that are outstanding. Easy to scan receipts and keep them on the app and stops you from hoarding hundreds of receipts each month.
