Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I use Webexpenses to file and send any expense claims for approval to line managers. I store a record of receipts of incurred costs on training, travel or trips when working. Once receipts are added and claims raised, the claim is sent to a designated approver (usually a line manager) for approval. Once approved, instruction to reimburse me is sent to finance.
- Store receipts.
- Record keeping.
- Quick and efficient expense approval.
- Not user friendly app.
- Adding receipts is confusing and offers various options.
- It far too often asks you to save a claim when changing pages and then crashes.
- Control over remittance dates.
- Trends and patterns can be seen.
- A clear and concise investigation into expense claims.
I have regularly used Webexpenses for expense approval and claim submission. Any business trips I attend, travel that I must make for work reasons, or small/petty cash purchases I must make when working, I always raise claims through Webexpenses. Unfortunately, I have never raised an "automatic" claim, however.
