Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to provide protection not only for ourselves, but for all our MSP clients.

Pros and Cons

Detecting infections
Resolving them without user or administrator interaction

I do not like that the web console has you "deactivate" but not delete. It's cosmetic, but it's annoying.
There is an ongoing issue where the license key for one organization gets confused with endpoints with another, and it will never rectify itself.

Return on Investment

Positive, in that we can offer it as another solution that they do not have to keep up with.
Positive that it runs, and doesn't need to be babied.

Alternatives Considered

Kaspersky Endpoint Security

Way better, and frankly, no Russian involvement.

Kaseya Virtual System Administrator (VSA), LogMeIn Pro

Webroot Business Endpoint Protection really does not have an area where it would not be used. We use it to provide a solid AV and email filtering service to our clients that is non-evasive, and gets the job done. It is easily deployable by our other software, Kaseya, which is a huge help.

Because I have never had to call them for support. That means, solid product with very little to no problems.

For MSPs, Webroot is the clear choice
