Overall Satisfaction with Weebly
We currently use Weebly to create and maintain our business website. It allows us to display merchandise, create blog posts and provide our customers with information about the business. We are a smaller business so there is not a particular department that uses the software rather than just a couple of people that are responsible for marketing.
- Weebly allows users to create new pages and web content very easily.
- Weebly provides layout and different templates that are helpful we generating new content.
- When creating or updating new pages or content changes take effect immediately, which is helpful.
- There is a learning curve when beginning to use Weebly, some of the processes are not very intuitive.
- We have to use a different software to send out marketing emails and it would be nice if it would all be house in the same software.
- When creating new pages there are many steps involved in order to get it the format you want.
- Keeps customers informed of updates regarding the business - for example store hours, sales and new merchandise.
- The software allows us the ability to share recipes, design tips and suggestions to help create a relationship with our customers.
- With the website being so easy to update, we try to add new content frequently to keep customers returning to the site and maintain relevance.
I personally did not select Weebly for the business that I currently work for. The business owner selected Weebly as the software for the company and this was the first marketing software of this type that I have used so I do not have any other experience to compare it to.
