Overall Satisfaction with Whatfix

We are using Whatfix to guide users of our lead-to-cash implementation of Salesforce. This allows task-based learning to take place for users requiring a refresh or newbies entering the company.
  • User guidance at first task execution
  • Organizing digital learning
  • Version deployment was complicated for us
  • The UI is still OK, but not cutting edge
  • Hard to measure, good update on our platform though
We did not do a comparison in this case, as Whatfix was advised to us by our Salesforce implementation partner, and demos and hands \-on moments were quite convincing, combined with a good price point.
Users enjoy the guidance, flexibility, and intuitiveness of the solution.
Very supportive and insightful, true partnership mindset.
