Overall Satisfaction with Whova

Washington State PTA uses Whova at their conventions. I am a user.
  • Meeting agendas
  • Photo upload and sharing
  • Messaging
  • There is a lot of info to go thru on the Community tab
  • Whova improved individual engagement at the meeting
  • Whova made the event planning easier
  • Whova helped make the meeting more fun
I didn't need to use customer support, but I liked the Whova guide available on the App
The App was very easy to download and install

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Microsoft Teams, Zoom
Whova is great for a large meeting with break-out groups. I really like the Agenda feature. Whova may be less appropriate for a small group.
