Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

Before Acquia DAM (Widen), all of our digital assets were stored in many different places - Dropbox, online share drives, and personal computers. With Acquia DAM (Widen), we have all of our digital assets organized in the same place and we can share easily those assets with anyone who makes a request rather than scrambling to get assets from multiple people.

We'll add more users and continue to add more assets.
When we've needed support, the Acquia DAM (Widen) team has been very helpful. I also like that there is a user group for continued learning. The Acquia DAM (Widen) community page is great. Lots of support articles.
All approved content for our brand is all in one place. We can easily share documents. This was very helpful during the business changes due to the pandemic when we were changing processes and having to create sales and marketing materials quickly to support those changes. Acquia DAM (Widen) is integrated with our website CMS which makes loading images efficient.
We looked at WebDam which is now Bynder. We liked WebDam and it was a tough decision, but we felt that Acquia DAM (Widen) was a better fit for us.

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) to store our digital assets. We have built an integration from Acquia DAM (Widen) to our website so images can be searched for and placed on web pages. In some cases, those images do need to be resized if they are an odd shape but in most cases, an image fits nicely from Acquia DAM (Widen) to the website. This makes it very easy for us. We also have multiple groups that use Acquia DAM (Widen) and are able to set up multiple asset groups and metadata for those groups for a good user experience.
