Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)
We use Acquia DAM (Widen) in conjunction with CI Hub to use our Bev/Alcohol assets in point-of-sale designs. Acquia DAM (Widen) really helps prevent us from having to download individual files and use server or desktop space to store them. We used to use Adobe Bridge and it was difficult to organize and tag assets.
- Allows for a variety of tagging and categorization.
- Easy to update and upload large files.
- Great to have a shared site for the whole company to use.
- Would love a drag and drop feature for the 'Add a Version' tool.
- More mandatory tag options for consistency.
- The new upload feature doesn't allow you to add new tags.
- I don't have much insight into numbers as I mainly use Acquia DAM (Widen) for graphic design work.

Acquia DAM (Widen) is leagues above Adobe Bridge. We love how it isn't a strict folder structure that can be moved around by any of its users. Since using Acquia DAM (Widen) we've been able to organize more concisely and files don't end up getting lost. It's also just a seamless drag-and-drop transition with CI Hub, which we never had before.
