Overall Satisfaction with Widen
Our client provides us access to their media resources via Acquia DAM (Widen) Collective. Access is provided to all users on our learning and development team. As an instructional designer, I need access to client media, such as images, videos, and product spec sheets. I have worked with several clients, and LG is the first to use Acquia DAM (Widen) Collective. This has made my job much easier, being able to go to one centralized location for content and media. No more emailing the different departments for specific videos or images based on the current project. Also, It's great because you have access to the latest content as soon as it's available. Acquia DAM (Widen) helps me to be more efficient and save time by finding the majority of information available in one place on my own time. No more waiting for an email or worse, spending time figuring out who the contact for a specific image or video might be.
