Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

Our sales team uses Wingman as a transcription and recording tool. It also provides cue cards, action items, helps review calls, and provides suggestions. All in all, it has made the sales team's lives very easy.

Pros

  • Transcription of call.
  • Connection with CRM and providing sales pipeline overview.
  • Providing call insights.

Cons

  • Including various accents since a lot is lost if people have a different accent.
  • Wingman Desktop app that shows action items basis the trigger words.
  • Call recordings that help make the following call easier.
  • Highlighting and commenting certain points in the call for team-members.
  • Talk/Listen ratio has been improved for all reps.

For management to see call logs and listen to call recordings, for the team to have the call and not focus on taking notes, action items being displayed to the sales rep during the call basis the conversations, pending items that are yet to be discussed on calls.
