Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman to record our calls with clients and use them to review client feedback as well as get internal feedback on our client calls. We also use them to refer back to conversations with clients in case we need additional information about their account or any of their requests.

Wingman is much more collaborative. Zoom was really just used to record the calls and send them back to the client and have to be saved [internally] but you would need to go through the entire call to find a part you were looking for and did not have the ability to tag team members. You would just need to send them the entire recording.

It is a great way to record calls and be able to discuss them internally as well as share them back with the [client]. I think they are great for getting internal feedback and I love how you can tag specific parts of the recording so that you don't need to ask a colleague to listen to the entire video, you are able to point out a specific part for them to focus on. I'm not sure how it would work for something more like a sales call for more account management client calls it is an awesome tool!
