Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
We use Wingman to record our calls with clients and use them to review client feedback as well as get internal feedback on our client calls. We also use them to refer back to conversations with clients in case we need additional information about their account or any of their requests.
Pros
- easy to tag other team members internally
- easy to share the recordings
- easy to navitage through the recording to find the parts that i need

- ability to tag specific parts and timestamps of the call
- ability to share the call with clients
- better abiltiy to gather customer feedback
- Zoom
Wingman is much more collaborative. Zoom was really just used to record the calls and send them back to the client and have to be saved [internally] but you would need to go through the entire call to find a part you were looking for and did not have the ability to tag team members. You would just need to send them the entire recording.
