Overall Satisfaction with Wistia

We use Wistia for all of our video hosting needs. We use it to house all of our internal training videos as well as our customer-facing videos. It's been great at helping us stay organized with our different video needs across the organization.

  • Analytics.
  • I Wish the Suggested Content Was More Like Youtube.
  • Folder structure can make it hard to find things.
  • Can sometimes slow site speed on pages that have videos embedded.
  • Video embedding onto pages.
  • Easy to use.
  • Analytics so we can track ROI and engagement.
  • Wistia has helped us understand how valuable video is to our organization and where we should continue to invest resources.
  • It's helped us increase time on page - thus increasing our ranking in search results.
Wistia had the best site speed performance out of these competitors and had the most functionality. We really loved the ability to track usage and plays on the videos, the lead capturing, bookmarking, CTA build-outs, and all of the customizations we could do with it compared to everyone else.

Wistia is great to house/store all of your video needs and projects. We use it as the default video player on all of our customer or prospect-facing materials. We use it a lot on our demand gen activities to get new leads.
