Overall Satisfaction with Workable
Workable is used as our main hiring platform across all departments. It streamlines our job posting and recruitment process by posting new roles to our website and all major hiring websites. We can sponsor posts from within Workable and have one place where we can edit all of our postings across all job boards. It saves hours of work and helps generate more candidate pipeline.

We used to use Collage for job postings but it was just a simple place to host job posts but customization was lacking and it didn't have multi-page posting and sponsoring at the time. It was barebones and free but we needed a more powerful system. We still use Collage for our HR platform, though.
