Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management

Workday [Human Capital Management] helps manage the entire workforce at my company. It is very easy to go and look up and manage the different personal, pay, and performance characteristics related to folks within the organization and specifically within the team that I manage. It helps to get a 5000 ft view of the big picture so that one can optimize the management of the workforce to get the maximum bang for the buck and promote better performance management and career growth and employee retention.

  • easy to update information that can have effect on one's pay, performance etc.
  • Customizable modules that can be directed to be crafted to meet our needs
  • I think it is susceptible to crashes and that can slow you down
  • It is sometimes difficult or non-intuitive to find information and the search function doesn't work too well.
  • Some of the most important features include the ability to very well integrate with our pay and erp systems
  • Being able to connect employees with each other that enables freely flowing knowledge sharing
  • It has helped improve the focus on items that are more important than trying to go through this stuff
  • Providing visibility provides the required transparency in the organization improving employee retention
I believe [Workday Human Capital Management] is probably the industry benchmark of excellence and has features that can easily be customized to meet the needs of organizations. It has strong and knowledgeable account teams that work closely with customers to develop the most efficient solutions. I believe oracle systems come the closest but they aren't smart and the technology still needs to be developed further.
