Overall Satisfaction with Workday Professional Services Automation

I use it mostly for Time off requests example include: sick day pto jury duty etc ; self review ; historical salary info . HR uses it for many other functions but I am not in that department.

  • navigation to pto is not super obvious
  • should let you select a default landing spot rather than one chosen for me

  • I have no insight into what the cost benefits are aside for decommissioning old systems .

We have been using it for three years or more. Prior to that we had one off application for different hr request. it certainly beats having multi systems and being cloud based is also nice. I honestly use it only 6 or so times a year so it not a day to day thing for me.
