Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is being used to track our marketing projects. In the Real Estate profession with over 700 agents, we have multiple deadlines for ads, print material, special projects, etc that need to be tracked and hold our staff accountable.
  • Organizing Tasks
  • Assigning Tasks
  • Setting Explicit Due Dates
  • More labels for status- the 3 options they have now are not efficent.
  • Better organization for timeline views
  • Better reporting
  • Wrike allows us to hold our staff accountable to tasks/deadlines.
  • Wrike allows management to keep a closer eye on deadlines coming down the pipes.
We chose Wrike because of the pricing and it being web based.
I think we would renew due to price and being web based.
I think Wrike is a great tool for project management. For instance taking a large project and breaking it down into smaller tasks and milestones. I think for use as just a deadline tool, this is not the right tool.

Using Wrike

13 - Marketing Staff
1 - Administrative skills, detail oriented
  • Deadline
  • Task Tracking
  • Time Tracking
  • None as of yet
  • If they have a fix on dashboard views, status updates with more options and better reporting, we could use Wrike better.

Wrike Implementation

I wish there was a better way to implement Wrike.
Change management was minimal
  • Getting people to use the service
