Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is successfully used across our department with not all colleagues being located in the same office. Hands down Wrike keeps all department members informed and easily updated on a project in which they may not be directly involved with. A project can be easily summarized in Wrike based on if you have been knowledgable from the beginning or are assigned half way through.
- Wrike has incredible search and labeling capabilities which allows for a lot of flexibility.
- Wrike particularly handles the level of involment of a certain project member extremely well. Instead of being inundated with a multitude of project tasks you can get a quick overview of how a project is or is not proceeding.
- Wrike is able to push out new and helpful features quickly and their tech support is fast and effiicient. They really listen to their audience and aim to please.
- Wrike's extreme flexibility can also allow for too much project overload. Proper implementation is key in rolling out the software to users.
- Wrike has been key in increased employee efficiency.
- Wrike has eliminated duplicate efforts.
- Wrike is key in historically being able to review a project and build from that or apply to a similar project in our organization.
I believe Wrike is much more efficient than OneNote. OneNote did not work well at all in our organization, the program was easily overloaded and project tasks often fell through the cracks. Our organization used Trello for a while. Trello is a good tool which is easy to use but we needed a product with more functionality, etc. Wrike met our department's needs as far as ease of use, flexibility, availability and mobility.
