Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I have used Wrike at two organizations; my current one and my past one. Upon joining my new organization, I and a co-worker who had previously used it saw a great need for Wrike. They were using MS OneNote and we knew Wrike could change things immensely. Today, it is being adopted by the whole organization. It helps everyone collaborate on projects and manage their own. One of the best problems it solves is the ability to manage multi-level projects that have projects within projects and tasks within tasks. Wrike makes it easy to keep things from falling through the cracks.
- I use the Gantt chart daily. It allows me to schedule my work flow easily with dependencies, and overall scope of workload.
- If I want Wrike to do something to help my individual preferences, I can always find a way to get it done. It is simple to use but has a LOT of functionality to customize to the personal preferences of each user.
- Sub tasks are managed well because there is no limit to nested tasks. I've had five levels of nested sub tasks in the past and could still handle it well.
- Wrike could use a better notifications system for due dates. Currently there is no way of it notifying me on a particular date, on a particular time.
- While I always prefer function over aesthetics, my design friends don't prefer the UX.
- The mobile app has improved in the last few years but it still leaves a little to be desired.
- There is much less time spent on trying to decide what's happening on tasks for individuals.
- There is much less time spent in meetings because Wrike makes it easy to see what people are working on, etc.

I have used a few different task management tools: Asana, Trello, Producteev, and Microsoft's stuff; but Wrike tops them all. While it sounds a little cliche, I haven't found something that I wanted to do/organize that I couldn't do on Wrike. It allows for nested, upon nested sub tasks, timeline views, priority management, time clocking, and awesome collaboration.
Other task management applications claim they do certain things well but in the end, who wants a tool that does ONE thing well. Wrike is more complete than all of them.

- Wrike's Gantt charts are excellent. They allow easy drag-and-drop task management and give a big overall view of the tool.
- The mobile app doesn't have all the functionality and use as the browser app. I wish I could do as much there.
Yes - As mentioned before, it works to see some tasks and add one quickly but it doesn't have all the functionality of the browser version. In addition, it's not super easy to find your tasks using the mobile app.
