Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to schedule individual and team project tasks, as well as to communicate on a project idea.
  • Repeating projects (events, publishing tasks) can be cloned, meaning that one can take an existing project with a task timeline, replicate it with a new deadline, and rename it.
  • Because it is web-based, we can access it from anywhere and any device.
  • Wrike uses something you already use: email, and makes it efficient.
  • The iPhone interface could be much better in its GUI. I the end though, it probably just needs more screen than it can get on a smartphone.
  • It would be great if it could create calendar events.
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Remote supervision
Wrike is best suited where there are teams, and projects with managers that are on task completion timelines. It works VERY well for communication and quick questions, not so well for working with draft documents.
