Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

With a distributed team, using a centralized spot to track tasks is critical. This is where Wrike has come into play and has made communication across distance easy.
  • Flexibility.
  • Ease of use.
  • Adding collaborators.
  • Initial setup can be difficult to refine business processes.
  • It can get expensive if you want to add everyone with a full license.
  • Getting this tool has helped with colleagues outside of the main offices and allowed collaboration for all the different pieces that need to come together.
Wrike is more focused on the tasks, which works for the team I'm on. The ability to see schedules and workload helps where Basecamp is a little more freeform.
If you want a tool that is flexible and is able to adjust to changing projects, Wrike is well suited for that. There are some very clever features that will help you along and see what a full team is up to at anytime. Great for agile, nimble teams that need to work across distance and time zones.

Using Wrike

10 - We use this for a marketing team. We've been using it for years and when the transition to remote work happened, it felt like we had a leg up since we had a log, record and history of the projects we were working on.
1 - There is one person who will reach out to Wrike should there be a a more advanced question or problem, but for the most part, the team shares the responsibility by using wrike and getting the tasks in there.
  • Organize Remote Work
  • Visibility into Projects
  • Project workflows
  • Building templates for projects that have similar tasks
  • Collaborating with external resources
  • Continue to take advantage of their upgrades
It's been working incredibly well for the team. There is a lot of progress made in the web app so the use keeps evolving. We tried a few other applications like Wrike, but this one has been the best.
