Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike as a tracking tool among various departments within the Company in a variety of ways. Some departments use it as a checklist, others as a full-fledged project management tool. It's also the way our IT department comments on the status of various projects instead of having notes spread out between email, chat, OneNote, etc.
  • Task Management
  • Gantt Chart
  • Due Dates/Notifications
  • Onboarding process was terrible: very unflexible
  • Sharepoint integration is not fully developed
  • Organized all project details in a central location
  • Created an audit trail for planned operational procedures

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

No

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

We use it for project management but have just started loading in ongoing IT operational processes, as Wrike allows you to set up recurring tasks. There are some limitations to the recurring task features. It's great for using as a checklist where a manager might want to see the current status of a task or project without having to email their team.

Using Wrike

10 - This product is mostly used by our technology teams which include project management, engineers and support staff. We do have some members of our management team who have leveraged the tool on an ad hoc basis as well, for specific projects being worked towards as a team even if a formal project manager was not involved.
We don’t have any in house support staff. We do have one user who acts as an admin (chief technology officer), however, beyond basic access issues any other support goes through wrike’s customer service team. The tool is very intuitive and we have not had any major issues in the last couple years of use.
  • Project management
  • Communication
  • Task tracking
  • Program management
  • Resource allocation
  • Personal use! This tool has the ability to solve problems big and small, in both a corporate setting and personal life environment
It’s become an invaluable tool and part of our standard operating rhythm for running our business.

Wrike Support

The onboarding process was inefficient. The person we were using was unable to adjust to our needs, and could only explain how the tool worked from a script which was not helpful. We ended up utilizing the help feature/community support and using trial and error instead of going through the onboarding training.
